To join us at the spectacular AOSNY StarFest follow the directions here...precisely. NOTE, fill this form out ONLY if you are paying by PayPal or Credit Card. Follow the simple instructions, below, in order to do this.

1.-Fill out the form, below.
2.-Read the details about the Bunkhouse/Tent option below the form.
3.-Read the details about the Indoor Camping option below the form.
4.-Read the legal details below the form.
5.-Add up all the costs of whatever options you choose and remember this number.
6.-Click the "Send Form" button. This way we can know want who you are, who will be coming with you and what amenities y'all want when you get here.
7.-Go to the PayPal page to pay the dollar amount for the number you remembered, see 2 sentences above. Note that, if after sending this form you don't have to fill it out again, just go to the PayPal section and follow the directions there, it's OK. THANKS!!
8.-When you're done with PayPal, make sure you proceed to the "Checkout" section to pay the total amount.

* Bunkhouse/Tent Option: The bunkhouse has a big room with 16 “bunk” styled beds. These beds are about 6 inches shorter than your standard bed so, if you’re real tall or you like to hang your hands under your pillow and out into the space above the bed, well, maybe you should try another sleep option. Otherwise, hurry up, only 16 can be accommodated. Call StarFest Coordinator Geoff Cintron at 516-398-7766 to see if there’s still any room.

Legal Stuff: By clicking the "Send Form" button, below, you and your party agree and understand the following:

Refunds, less $5 handling, granted upon written request PRIOR to May 15, 2009. For refunds regarding food purchased we need to have notification of your request for refund by Thursday, June 18 at the latest. There is a $35 fee for returned checks. Registration doesn’t include room or meals and is NON-transferable, being valid for you and the members of your party. Attendance is limited so we reserve the right to turn you away at the door if you are not registered.
Liability Release Form

In consideration of my being accepted by the Amateur Observers Society of NY as a participant of the 2009 AOS Starfest to be held at the Stone Tavern Farm located in Roxbury NY on June 19 through June 21, 2009: I, the individual sending this form agree to hold harmless the Amateur Observers Society of NY, their member and officers, the Stone Tavern Farm, and members of the Burrows family, and any employees, principals, agents, officers or members thereof, from any claims, liabilities, losses, demands, causes of action, suits and expenses (including attorney fees), which may directly or indirectly be connected to the AOS Starfest and/or my presence on the premises of the Stone Tavern Farm and related areas.

I further agree to indemnify any party indicated above should such party suffer any claims, liabilities, losses, demands, causes of action, suits and expenses (including attorney fees), caused directly or indirectly by my negligent or intentional acts, or failure to act, or if such acts or failures to act are directly or indirectly caused by any person in my family or associates while participating in the AOS Starfest.

My submitting this form by clicking the "Send Form" button, below, also indicates agreement and acceptance on behalf of all minor children (under 18 years of age) under my care in attendance.
